The first person to add an event is the “Initiator” and it will be listed below by date, which you can see 45 days ahead, but schedule out as far as you like, they just won’t see it for a while. It automatically refreshes every 75 seconds so you’ll have the latest if anyone say’s they’re in.
As your friends with the same app and the same city and club info as you opens the app, it will obtain the existing events for them.
They simply click on the Day, Date, Time, and Location and will be prompted to be added. You see 2 others in this example that said “I’m in:”
The date field defaults to today’s date, but can easily be changed, don’t even include the year, we know what year we’re in unless its late December. Dates can be entered as 4.17 to make it even easier when initiating a new future event.
